Updating my review to reflect the current living situation (September 20). The trash issue has (hopefully) been fixed. I finally went a whole weekend without seeing the dumpsters completely overfill. I've contacted the front office and they were understanding of my frustration and solutions were implemented shortly after my complaints. My main issue with the housing development is the mix between families with kids and college students.
You people have to clean up the mess left at ALL the dumpsters, the board of health may be visiting very soon.
Trash and parking here are a real problem. Dumpsters overflow constantly, bags left on the ground for days, and management doesn’t seem to do much about it and are well aware it’s a problem. Pool is filthy. Flies all over a dead snake sat there at trash area for weeks. Leaking trash juices attract maggots. Parking’s no better with cars everywhere, blocking spots & driveways that aren’t even spots. For what you pay in rent, I expected more. Think twice before moving in here. You also can never just reach the office.
