Chaquez McCall has been a Florence resident for over 30 years. He is a proud graduate from Wilson High School and Francis Marion University where he studied political science. He was also awarded the Jesse A. Cole Political Science Scholarship and the Neal D. Thigpen South Carolina Politics and Governance Award. He was also inducted into the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society.

After graduating from Francis Marion University, Mr. McCall moved to Durham, NC and attended North Carolina Central University School of Law. While at Law School, he was a staff editor at the prestigious NCCU Law Review. He also worked extensively in Civil Litigation Clinic, where complex and small-scale litigation was handled.

After graduating Law School, Mr. McCall returned back to his roots in Florence, SC and worked as a judicial law clerk under the tutelage of Circuit Court Judge D. Craig Brown. During this time, he learned inner workings of the court system.

In this role, he worked first-hand with attorneys, solicitors and judges in the area throughout the process. Upon completion of his clerkship, Mr. McCall decided to open McCall Law, where he practices Personal Injury and Criminal Law.
